1. Accountant/Accounting Manager
-
Reporting
to the Financial Controller and leading a small team of accounting
staff, you will be responsible to:
-
Supervise the daily accounting and finance functions including AR
& AP transactions and payment processing.
-
Ensure timely and accurate statutory and management reporting
including quarterly GST reporting.
-
Prepare financial accounting reconciliation including bank
reconciliation and month-end revaluations.
-
Assist in the preparation, control and administration of the
Company’s annual budget.
-
Manage the Fixed Asset and Inventory Control.
-
Support internal and external audit requirements.
-
Administer internal control policies and procedures to ensure
effectiveness of internal controls in accounting processes and
compliance with established guidelines.
-
Other duties include support to oversea subsidiary companies,
master data maintenance in the Oracle Financial System and Activity
Based costing.
You
should be an Accountancy degree holder or professionally qualified
accountant with 3 years of experience in commercial sector preferable IT
or equipment sales & service company.
You are a hands-on person with good knowledge of financial
accounting standards and GST reporting.
You are able to work independently and possess good interpersonal
and communication skills. You possess good leadership skills and the
ability to provide guidance to the team.
You are a fast learner with a keen eye for details and able to
work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines in a hi-tech
environment. Proficient in MS Office and Oracle Financial System
experience will be an added advantage.
2.
Business Support Admin Executive
-
Provide key support in sales coordination and customer support services
which include order processing, shipping matters, handling customer
enquiries, inventory control and related sales matters.
-
Co-ordinate shipment procedures and deliveries with head office and
vendors on delivery schedules
-
Monitor and follow up on outstanding orders with customers.
-
Provide general administrative support to the departments on overseas
travel arrangements.
-
Minimum
Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
-
1-3
years of relevant work experience preferably in customer support or
sales-related administration functions.
-
Aptitude
for good co-ordination and follow-up.
-
Good
problem–solving and communication skills.
-
Organized,
responsible, ability to multitask and work independently with
minimum supervision as well as in a team.

Computer
literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft office
applications and Enterprise
Business Applications such as Oracle
-

Sales Account Manager
Reporting
to the Sales Section Manager, you will be responsible for:

Managing the assigned sales accounts and ensuring all
technical as well as commercial matters are professionally managed,
integrate account strategy effectively within the division and
support groups and develop/build strong relationship with key
contacts of assigned accounts.

Local and overseas sales of Advantest ATE test systems
such as logic and memory testers, test handler, EWS and software.
-
Timely achievement of sales targets, identify new sales
opportunities and develop new business contacts.

Conducting product and sales presentation to customers and
providing quality post-sales customer’s support.
-
Managing and following up closely with customers and
various departments.

Preparing of Sales Quotations/Proposals base on
customers’ needs.

Generating monthly sales and forecast report.

Conducting relevant market surveys as well as price,
delivery, technical specifications and other sales-related
negotiations and communication with customers to gather market intelligence to provide better insights to facilitate
ATE sales business management and development.

Degree in Electrical and Electronics
Engineering
-
3 years of sales experience preferably
in the semiconductor industry.
